Rental rules and requirements

- The reserving owner must be present for the entire event.
- Amplified music must end by 10:00 PM.
- The clubhouse must be returned to its original condition, trash removed.
- No smoking anywhere inside the building.
- Damage beyond normal wear is deducted from the security deposit.
Reservation calendar
Open dates can be requested. Reserved and board-held dates are not available. Requests must be at least 7 days out.
